Sean Reagan graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association in 1999. Sean Reagan is a partner at Reagan, Melton & Delaney, L.L.P. and heads the firm’s Lincoln office.
In late 2000, Sean opened his own law office in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, concentrating his practice in the areas of family law, criminal law, and juvenile court. Sean relocated his practice to Lincoln in May 2003, establishing himself in an office in the city’s Haymarket District. Today he contributes to the firm his significant experience in family and criminal defense, as well as helping individuals with estate planning needs, personal injury litigation, and various other areas of civil litigation. Sean also serves as a mediator for various cases arising under the Parenting Act, such as divorce, custody, parenting time, and child support.

Along with his partners, he established Reagan, Melton & Delaney around 2010, taking on clients throughout the Omaha and Lincoln metro areas. He has since left the firm to focus on his own clients, assisting them with his significant experience in family and criminal defense, as well as helping individuals with estate planning needs, personal injury litigation, and various other areas of civil litigation. Sean also serves as a mediator for various cases arising under the Parenting Act, such as divorce, custody, parenting time, and child support.

Although Sean’s practice is located in Lincoln, Nebraska, he represents clients in more than 26 counties throughout Nebraska.
